Majority of our items are print to order, therefore all sales are final.  If you receive incorrect or defective items, your return/exchange must be postmarked within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please make sure items are in the SAME condition as we shipped them. If they are washed, worn, have stains, and/or have an odor (smoke, perfume, etc.), we will not provide an exchange or refund. The item will be returned to you and the shipping will be at your expense.  You will have 2 business days from the date we invoice you for the cost of return shipping via email to respond with payment. After this deadline, your order will be donated to charity or discarded. We have the right to not accept any exchange or return.

To return a wrong or defective item, please READ through and provide the info requested via email to owner@opportuniteeprints.com. If you do not include all of the info listed below there may be a delay with your replacement.
-Email Subject Line-“Issue with Order” plus the order number #
-Body of the Email- Full Name,  Phone Number, description of the issue with the item(s), and you may also attach photos.
*This email and the postmarked date of the return must be within 2 business days from the delivery date of items. A replacement can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive it.
